The CTCC is dedicated to the study and appreciation of 18th-century British tradesmen's tokens and similar numismatic items. Our membership includes series devotees from both sides of the Atlantic specialising in a limitless range of token subjects, producers, and localities. The club publishes a quarterly journal of scholarly and entertaining articles as well as advertisements from collectors and dealers worldwide.

The Conder token series is one of the most historically rich and technically interesting areas of numismatics. Collecting such pieces is an intensive study in history, politics, the minting process, and aesthetics. Nowhere else can the connoisseur obtain a gem unciculated numismatic object from the 18th century so affordably, and nowhere else can one enjoy such obvious ties between numismatics and the boundlessly stimulating areas of economics, politics, and art. The CTCC website has been recently redesigned in effort to expand its utility both to existing members and to the club as a whole. The ever-increasing popularity of the Conder series demands an increased effort by those with extensive experience in the area to share their knowledge with others in order to create a more educated and aware collecting populace overall.
